1. Shipping Coverage & Logistics Hub

Zelmhurst ships across the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii from our central distribution hub in Austin, Texas. Deliveries are handled through verified, insured commercial express carrier partners (FedEx and UPS).

2. Delivery Thresholds and Charges

  • Orders $100.00 and above: Complimentary insured standard ground shipping across the contiguous United States.
  • Orders under $100.00: Flat ground shipping fee of $9.99 per order.

3. Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Standard in-stock hardware orders are verified and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

  • Contiguous US Ground: 2–4 business days.
  • Express 2-Day Air: 2 business days.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 4–6 business days.

4. Packaging & Transit Insurance

High-value desktop towers, laptops, and 4K displays are double-boxed with custom anti-static high-density foam buffers. All packages are insured against transit damage and loss until signature delivery.
