Returns and Refunds Policy

1. 14-Day Evaluation Window

Shoppers may initiate a return for any eligible Zelmhurst computing hardware or accessory within 14 calendar days from the recorded delivery date.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements

• The hardware must be in undamaged, like-new physical condition with no customer-induced cosmetic marks.
• All original packaging materials, anti-static wraps, manual booklets, power cables, and accessories must be enclosed.
• Any user-configured operating system locks or biometric credentials must be disengaged or reset.

3. RMA Process & Return Logistics

To initiate an authorized return, submit an RMA request to [email protected] citing your order reference. Our team will generate a prepaid return shipping label and provide drop-off instructions.

4. Inspection and Refund Disbursement

Returned systems undergo physical and operational diagnostic inspection within 48 business hours of receipt. Upon inspection approval, the refund is disbursed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
